Dr. Erin Burns is amazing. She really cares. She figured out I had a milk allergy but still ran tests for my thyroid when I thought it could be a thyroid issue instead. If you really think your issue is something else instead of her suggestions. She will make a testing plan that incorporates her and your ideas of what it could be. Best doctor I have ever had. I really appreciate her!

My previous doctor retired and I had seen Dr. Burns once when my doctor was not available. She was well informed about my medical history and had question about some of my ailments which surprised me. Need less to say I love this lady. Awesome physician. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Burns is very attentive and spends plenty of time with me. She is very good about treating you as a person.

Dr Burns is very empathetic with her patients. She really tries to understand whats going on with them and takes the time necessary. For me personally, she's been excellent. She diagnosed/resolved several longstanding issues that other doctors I consulted either missed or just didn't understand. Doing so, she gained a loyal patient for all time.

She only talks nice, she does not care about your health. I have been having bad pain and trying to reach her out but its been a week and there is no response. Her nurse is also rude and thinks that you just like to visit doctor for no reason. As a team they do not care about your health and has poor response efforts.

I always know that Dr. Burns will put my needs first and she is incredibly sincere about helping find a solution. She listens intently without ever rushing me to go on to the next patient. If you are looking for a doctor that cares, get on her waiting list because she is well worth it. I have had many doctors throughout my life and she ranks #1.

Myself, my husband and our son have been seeing Dr. Burns for just over a year. She has been absolutely wonderful to my family. She is knowledgeable, has fabulous bed-side manner, is prompt and is a doctor that truly cares about your best health outcomes. She is awesome at recommending the least invasive treatment option first, but will certainly prescribe a medication if needed. I truly appreciate her holistic approach, and plan to have her as our family doctor for years to come.
