Slightly disappointed. Dr Randolph is absolutely wonderful but I have called their office 3 days straight for an inhaler to no avail. It’s frustrating, especially when they have an app people can use and they still dont respond

Dr Randolph is the best Doctor in Indiana, she cares for her patients well being. I looked for a good doctor in Indiana for 10 years by accident After being mis diagnosed by another doctor I found her during the pandemic. She is the only reason I am still in Indiana.

I am very disappointed in Dr. Randolphs office, I have been trying to talk to someone for almost two weeks and getting an appointment for my daughter. I have explained the importance of the situation and finally got schedule for a phone appointment with doctor Randolph, she NEVER CALLED. The girls that answered my calls have no idea what to say and ever since they moved to the new building no one ever answers the phone right away. I get COVID is what they use as an excuse but they should take care of the patients that are depending on Dr. Randolph!

Had my first visit with Dr Randolph today and all the wonderful things I’d heard about her are so true. She’s very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Has a very pleasant personality and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend her to anyone. Glad I choose her as my PCP.

Dr Randolph is professional in every since of the word. She has helped me get my health together although she can be Tuff, The only grip I have is people skills. She needs to learn how to soften the Blow.. But she is a Dame Great Doctor... I am happy she takes care of me...
