They took my drivers license and insurance then took me back without giving them back. I told them don’t let me forget to get those. Well a week later I realize I don’t have them and they were like oh they are here. I said why didn’t you pick up the phone and call. They said they did. News flash it’s a cell phone it shows me all incoming and missed calls and I have no new messages so don’t lie to me. Now I’m on a trip and don’t have my drivers license because they couldn’t pick a phone and call. Will not be returning here. Dr seems nice but the staff is horrible and unless your rich you can’t afford the glasses here. People in a small town need affordable not ray bans.

Dr Keck is phenomenal and goes the extra mile! That being said, get your frames elsewhere. The retail side of the store will pressure you heavily not to mention is over priced. They also do not fit you after spending hundreds of dollars. Customer service Should always be your #1 product that you. It builds trust that brings people back again and again.
