I am a new patient and this was my 1st visit. My dentist of 20 plus years, decided to retire. I was very impressed with how professional yet personable the e tire staff was. It put my anxiety to rest and felt so relaxed. I would highly recommend this group. Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable.

Dr. Fontaine is a wonderful dentist. Her staff is accommodating & knowledgeable. I can get an appointment when I need it. Once I arrive the wait is 5" - 15". My cleanings can take 1 hr. The girls do not make my gums bleed & my mouth doesn't ache for hrs afterwards. I've had a tooth pulled only under anesthesia that was very difficult. Dr. Kept asking me if I was doing ok & kept me aware of what was going on. She was always concerned about my welfare & that made me feel very comfortable & at ease. The office has all the machines needed 2 get the job done. I'm on my 2nd implant now. It's quite costly. Sure I can go elsewhere but why? I feel that I'm in good hands. Dr. & staff explain things 2 me so I can understand & they show me my X-rays so I know why things r the way they r. This office is about customer service & I sincerely appreciate that. Thanks Dr. Jennifer, I do appreciate u & your office staff. 🤗🥰❤️

Everyone at St. John Dental is kind, good at what they do, and patient with you. They answer your questions thoroughly and in a way that makes it easy for you to understand what is necessary for your treatment. Nice people.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! The dentists and staff are deceitful, especially “Dr” Fontaine and the front desk. They are petty and will threaten you. They don’t back what they tell you. They are two faced and will flip the story. I wouldn’t trust what they say or even to complete a filling based on our experiences and results. Their actions have caused us more pain, more issues, lost time, and cost us more money. We are still dealing with unresolved issues over the last 3-4 years because of Fontain, St John Dental Group, or whatever they call themselves. Plenty of other dentists in NW Indiana. #CancelFontaine
