Randy Fink's Online Review Report Card

He moved to another state.

My appointment has been canceled and rescheduled 3 times the last time was due to Dr. Randy Fink no longer in Florida! I’ve been seeing him for 20 years and now the only explanation is he is in another state! This is Crazy at least inform patients what’s going on so we can make a choice on who to see or leave this practice. I’m sorry to see him go but I would like an explanation on why he left.

I had my first appointment with Dr Fink today. I was feeling a bit apprehensive but, upon meeting him, all the apprehension went away. He is very very nice, explains everything perfectly and his demeanor is very soothing and friendly. I feel like I’m in great hands with him, and his staff is just lovely , especially Adri, who took me in initially to do all the preliminaries. I would highly recommend ...

Dr. Fink is an excellent physician with a wonderful bedside manner. He is personable, thorough, knowledgeable. He is very smart and helped me figure out about some other Health issues that were occurring and was right on point and pointed me in the right direction and had me get an abdominal scan and referred me to a Gastroenterologist. He Is a SUPER DOC!

I came to Dr. Fink on a recommendation from my sister. It took me a month to get an appointment as a new patient. Located next to Baptist hospital my previous employer. Conveniently located and parking was not so bad.Friendly staff, check in was a breeze.I Went for my annual Woman's visit and seeing a new doctor its always a little nerve wracking but Dr. Fink was pretty cool, super friendly and I didn't feel rushed as was my experience with my previous GYNECOLOGIST. I expressed my concerns and he offered solutions or suggestions to my concerns. They signed me up for a patient portal where I can log in to see my results and request appointments. They performed a vascular test by measuring something with my nail and the result is the age of your vascular system, that was pretty cool. I will update my review once I have the exact name of this exam.Overall, it was a pleasant experience, I had not found a gynecologist that I felt comfortable with since Dr. Cardenal stopped practicing a few years back. Dr. Cardenal was my OB/GYN since I was 25 years old and was saddened when he decided to retire. I definitely recommend this practice,

Unfortunately this is the only OB in Key Largo... We have had multiple issues with this office including sending out blood work without consent. When trying for weeks to get ahold of someone in a management position I never received a call or email back. It is sad that we will have to take legal action against this Doctor to get their attention over a mistake on their end. If you are able I would recommend driving up to homestead and finding a different OB to avoid stress during a pregnancy.

Everyone here is so nice and super friendly. I bring my son with me and the girls in the front desk watch my son for me. I love how much they love him and look foward to seeing him every time I come in. DR Fink is amazing, he listens to my concerns and makes me feel comfortable. I always recommend Dr Fink and the entire staff what a great team.
