Best team you could ask for when it comes to infertility issues. The staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I have always been able to ask questions if needed, although the explanations and care plans have been carefully explained and laid out so that they are easy to follow and understand. I feel a personal connection with the doctors and nurses instead of feeling like just another number or case like all the rest. I am confident that they extend this same individualized care to each of their patients. It is obvious that this facility cares about the population it serves and the care it provides. They made my twins happen after 3 other clinics and 3 miscarriages 7 years of trying we are so blessed by cny fertility and there team .

Not good experience .. The first time that i called to this clinic i request to be seeing with dr Kiltz. I drived from michigan to CNY. ... I never see dr kildz .. And cny did't do what i request . cny put other doctor to do .my retriverd that i really did'nt like it. I have the first embrion tranfer with no result

Can't give them a 5 star at this point from day one they made multiple mistakes on medicine and during our ivf protocol and knew the whole time I had pcos and never told us until after the 3rd ivf which is very upsetting and dishonest . Was moving foward with our 4th ivf cycle due to being told it was discounted to find out that is just scam and lie from cny you still pay full price was told this 2 days before my egg revival which is a 8 hour drivebad part is that dr.kiltz told us and I still have the text message now this is what we are going through. Years of trying and money wasted so far no successful pregnancy. I requested a day 5 embryo transfer multiple times and they insisted on a day 3 embryo transfer. Starting to get very frustrated and feeling like a number . I'm 32 years old and the doctor mentioned surrogacy in one breath and in another it is possible for us to have a baby we only suffer from male factor and pcos and endo recurrent pregnancy loss with no underlying gentic factor. Very upsetting to lose hope in clinic that came highly recommended.

Was really great to meet the doctor and discuss options. He was really honest but also made me feel extremely comfortable. I left being excited and also left feeling like I was partnering with someone who genuinely cared about what they do and about me and my experience.

My beautiful baby boy turned 16 this year and I can’t help but think how this very special gift came to be. He is surely a gift from God but without the guidance and help from Dr. Kiltz we never would have been able to have him. Thank You Dr. Kiltz you are the original and the BEST fertility Dr. in the area.❤️

My provider Grace, and the rest of the staff are all nothing short of amazing at this facility. They go above and beyond to compassionate, timely, and clean. I would highly recommend!
