First appointment was promising but went downhill quickly. The past few appointments we are in the office for over an hour with 5 minutes being spent with the Doctor. This last appointment was at 1:15. We waited 10 minutes to get called back(so far so good). Nurse took measurements and info, maybe 5-10 minutes. Then the waiting begins…doctor walks in at 2:20 and is gone by 2:22. I only know the times because I was texting a friend about typical peds wait times. Then we waited again for shots. We finally left around 2:45. When I asked the nurse about the long wait time she completely dismissed me, jabbed my babies legs and left. I was in the office for 1.5 hours and was with someone a total of 15 minutes. On top of the long wait time the staff was rude and could care less about their patients. I understand being short staffed but to be so poorly taken care of by the nurses and the doctor is just unacceptable. I do not recommend

Awful service. Tried to get my child in today because she’s sick today, but was told they couldn’t get her in for another 2 weeks because the doctor would need to do a physical on her before she prescribed medicine. And the problem is? How hard is it to get a child in to see you for medication/ do a physical. She’s a teenager. You’re just asking questions for 5 minutes, weigh her, and measure her height. Then, you can see what’s wrong and prescribe medication. They actually told me to take her to a clinic today. That’s exactly what the clinic is going to do. Do not recommend this doctor. Don’t waste your time

if you like your child, chakrabarti cannot be a choice. i waited every appointment for her to show up. one time we waited 2 hours, Nother time 1.5 hours. my child had a fever over 100F. she suggested to observe her in hospital at least 2 days to see the reason. prescribed anti biotics. we could not go to hospital for our own reason. tgat night she had red dots all over. we went to er. they said just roseola virus. normal for her age of 13 months. that was it. we never went back

Incredibly unprofessional!!! I would rate promptness in the negative category if it was available. We never got to see the Dr. She didn't show up until an hour after our appointment. We were leaving as she came in.
