I like doctor He's friendly and knowledgeable. I like his office everybody's very nice and tries to make everything go smoothly. I like the location where horizon health has an office in Terre Haute and that just makes it a lot easier to get to for me.

A+ Dr. Bollenbacher A+ Preformed shoulder surgery on me there was a lot of debris in there because I had hurt it 2 years before surgery. He took his time and really got everything out. He is a Top Notch!! Very Attentive before during and after surgery care. A+ VERY SATISFIED WITH HIM

Dr. Bollenbacher Best Surgeon They are very kind and understanding. You do not wait long to see the doctor. The amount of care he took with me was fanomanal! He took hour 1.5 hours longer for surgery to make sure to get extra debis out. THANK YOU Dr and Staff you are Awesome!! P.S. They made sure I didn't have excessive pain. Great Doctor!

Upon arrival, the Staff was very nice, as was throughout my whole visit. Dr. Bollenbacher was great on explaining everything. His sence of humor helped. Maybe it helped that there was a cow in the yard there!
