First time he ever seen me he told me to my face ain't a dam I can do for u cause it a big girl . Also told a friend of mine that he couldn't do anything for her either cause her body was shaped funny. Have had bad experiences with him .

I’ve been going to him for knee treatment for a long time. The man gave me some tips to lose weight. I’m proud to say I’m down 50 pounds. I used to get cortisone every six months. I haven’t need that in two years. My knees are better than they’ve been in a long time cause Doc cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to what they have to say.

Dr. Madsen performed arthroscopic knee surgery on me. He does excellent work His staff is friendly and everything was done in a timely manner.

Billing is very suspect, I continue to see bills and not having a clue what for, beyond that I never once received any kind of documentation of anything performed. I just received 3 bills totaling over 1k for a day that was spent in a waitroom for 45 min and Dr. To say come back in a week. This will be investigated

Dr. Madsen is the BEST.... I HAVE HAD A FEW SURGERIES ON MY HANDS ELBOW AND FOOT. HE IS AMAZING. ALWAYS GOT THINGS DONE IN A TIMLY MANNER.. I WONT GO TO ANYONE ELSE.

Dr. Madsen had to do surgery and place hardware in my daughters severely broken arm, and he has been amazing!!! I would highly recommend him!!!

he has no bedside manner his staff is rude inconsiderate non tolerable think they're better than everybody when it recommends him if was the last surgeon in Terre Haute Indiana

Staff was very friendly even though my wife tells me i wasn't always nice when i was on the morphine drip and for that i owe u a apology so *I'm very sorry* and all u ladies were great! Now onto my dr kurt madsen do.... the best thing i could have done is to have been wheelchaired into this mans office,fast,friendly and knew exactly what i needed and got it done!!! Sir in my opinion your a hero to me and my family...

I have had back surgery and knee surgery with dr. Madsen. He is a great and very caring doctor. Sometimes u may wait a little, but thats because he gives all his patients the same courtesy as I get. Would use him again!!!
