My first visit to Dr. Gera was after bleeding ulcers. I received poor medical treatment which resulted in stage IV renal failure. With Dr. Gera's treatment, I was back to good renal health for my age. Dr. Gera insists on lab tests before every visit. Dr. Gera is generous with his time and is office staff is very friendly and understanding. He is my only Doctor.

Never got a chance to see this doctor. He failed to appear at my first appointment. Then called multiple times to reschedule. His PA was polite but distant. She appeared very practiced at making excuses for the Doctor. The receptionist, Tiffany, was testy at best and discourteous at times. Who knows what this doctor is capable of, but he seems to unconcerned about new patients.

This is actually my husbands doctor but I go with him a lot to his appointments. HE is SO caring and wonderful, if you're on the phone with the desk and have a problem HE will actually take the phone and talk to you himself!!!! WHO Does that?? NO ONE!!! Other doctors need to learn from him!!

Dr. Gera is an excellent physician. Very caring about his patients. It is unfortunate he has a very poor office staff. The receptionist is awful - very unprofessional.

Dr. Gera is an excellent physician. Very pleasant and caring about his patients. Unfortunately, he has a very poor staff. They do not relay messages or follow up. The receptionist is particularly awful. Always very rude and unpleasant.

Dr. Gera knows what he is talking about. I love the fact that he tells you exactly what is going on, what to expect next and that he speaks in terms that I understand. He goes over every detail of your test results. I have asked for a copy of my results and he gave them right to me I didn't feel like he was looking down on me for asking for them. I have had dr.'s in the past tell me no for requesting a copy of my results. Dr. Gera and his staff are a breath of fresh air when it comes to seeing a specialist. Thank you all for such wonderful care in such a hard time. You really do make it much easier to cope with.
