Can never get them to answer the phone.... always get sent straight to voicemail no matter what time of day I call. They don't seem like they genuinely care about their patients either. Didn't notice that my baby cousin was completely blind in one eye and he had been going to that office since he was newborn. A year later, they finally asked what was wrong with his eye.... its pathetic that they didnt care enough to notice right away... It should've been obvious from day one.

Used to be great. Now you never see one of the doctors you just see a nurse. They don't actually care what is wrong they just do what they have to to get you out the door. If you have an appointment be prepared to wait at least an extra hour to even be seen.

Doctors are great. But front staff absolutely pitiful. Sadly left the office because of 3 or more incidents that we just can’t look past. Feel bad for the docs that are actually good but their office staff makes them very low on the patient care scale for us. Will never go back.

Dr. DelaCruz and her husband are the BEST. They're my grandson's pediatricians and I've taken both of them to Dr's appointments on several occasions so that their mother didn't have to take time off work. They both trained at John's Hopkins, and their attitude and enthusiasm for their work is apparent from the first time you meet either of them. Top notch Drs, in my opinion you couldn't find any better pediatricians anywhere in the country. Did I mention they're also pediatric neurologists?

FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! This place has definitely changed over the years. The staffing is extremely rude! And the nurse practitioner needs her license revoked. She obviously hates her job. Multiple examples: 1.) We were sitting in the waiting room, my daughter was about 4 at the time and had to use the restroom (mind you, they have two restrooms and one was closed) while my daughter was jumping up and down having to go, they strictly told me no and she could not use the other restroom! 2.) another time we waited in the waiting room to see the doctor. We sat for 2 hours! They forgot about us in the room and was closing! 3.) daughter had to be checked for UTI, nurse practitioner was rude and never sent the results to Riley. (Mind you she did this twice. It took 4months to get the results bc we kept having to come back!) 4.) Nurse practitioner continues to roll her eyes and huff and puff while trying to talk to her. 5.) I finally switched doctors, I asked them to send my kids files to the new doctor, two months went by and they never sent it, I had to hand deliver it myself because they are so irresponsible! DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!

Wonderful, caring doctors & Great staff.

Really like the doctor's here but the wait is crazy. If you are told a time to be there you should not have to wait for hours to be seen.

I never want to go back Dela crus has been body shaming me since i was in 6th grade i’m a freshman now he laughs and thought it was funny to joke around about my grandpas death what in the world is wrong with you like you have no right to do that you should never body shame a kid you wouldn’t like it if i did that to you he won’t listen to me i’m tired of being made fun of everywhere i go like be real i’m sticking up for myself and i’m not going yo stop til it’s fixed.

Overall, the doctors and staff are friendly and professional, but waits are very long. On the typical day I have an appointment they give me a set time to be there and I still end up waiting another hour to see the doctor when I could be at school.

I love the Dr.’s but I hate the phone at there office they say on there site they open at 8 but here it is 8:48 am and I have called 5 times or more and the phone tells me to leave a message and then it disconnected me.
