Dr Lynch's surgical work is great but his office is not operated well at all. Very inefficient with very long wait times and rude and condescending staff. I have been there three times and had wait times of over 1 hour each time. Why go here when there are so many other great choices with friendly staff and shorter wait times??

I had Brandon Lynch as my surgeon. He didn't really explain things about my lung surgery to me. Didnt understand that I have 3 children and can't just drop everything to have surgery the same day.. I had to call the surgery center to have my surgery explained to me before hand. He didn't take the time in the room with me, very in and out and dry. The office never runs smoothly at all. 2 hour wait time before being called back into the room. The receptionists aren't professional at all. Talking amongst themselves about having babies. Overall bad experience on a very life changing surgery.

He performed my surgery on 7/27/20 which I was a hard case to begin with. He repaired what needed done and explained in detail what he had to do. He is very like able and has good bedside manners.

He may be a good surgeon but I found him to be rude and inconsiderate. He operated on my Son on 3/21/19 at Greene County General Hospital and didn't even bother to come out and talk to me afterwards. It was the last surgery of the day and he just walked right by me and out the door.

I was very pleased with Dr. Lynch. I had an emergency appendectomy. He came to me at Greene County General. He was personable and assured me all would be fine. After surgery, he spoke with my husband and he liked him as well. He is highly thought of by other doctors.

Amazing surgeon and staff! Mark is an intelligent and wise man who will make your surgery easy without stress involved. Union hospital is also a very nice modern facility which is extremely comfortable.
