DO NOT GO HERE. The staff shouted patient information at each other in the hallway. I waited 3 hours in my patient room for an appointment that was scheduled a month in advance. I had to have a biopsy done on my thyroid here. Dr. Alam did not make sure the anesthetic worked, and then made fun of me when I was tearing up at having needles going into my throat. He has no clue what he is talking about and should not be able to make calls about people's health

He is a great Dr. I can tell he is doing a very good job and he likes his patiences

Dr. Alam and staff are a very cohesive well-coordinated team. Dr. Alam is a master medical practitioner, highly skilled, kind and gental. I adore him and his practice, he saved my life.

If I could give a zero I would he is rude doesn’t know how to talk to my level since I have a learning disability which I told him he makes me feel fat if I get pregnant he will not be one of my doctors he puts stuff on my problem thing without talking to me about it first the nurses are fine with me but him nope don’t know why I’m on two of the medications he put me on which make me not want to eat and the wait time suck like for real if I had some other things to do that would have to wait because he is slow

I am a Medicare patient and they require the doctor office to provide information periodically before my diabetic supplies can be shipped to me. One time I had to call the doctors three times and Medtronics called them also trying them to get the information. It took almost three weeks to get my pump supplies sent to me. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I had been irritated with the staff previously and that was the last straw.

Wait time is at least 3 hours to even get back in an office then another hour for him to spen less than 15 min with you

Awesome Doctor! Very friendly, smart, and informative! Does not ignore a single question, and is reassuring! His Staff is great too! Judging by some other reviews, he seems to be misunderstood quite a bit. He is quick to show concern when there is one, as a proper doctor should. Recommend 10/10! 😃

He is rude and unethical! He apparently hates women and overweight ones at that! I lost my daughter then 2 days later went to see him he walks in all nonchalant like “🤷🏼‍♀️ Oh baby died huh?” Then a breathe later “you need to lose weight” oh and then “since baby’s dead get the Covid vaccine” I switched quick and in a hurry.

Dr.Alam had helped save my life and his staff are THE BEST!! I cannot believe all the negative reviews complaing about wait time. He is working hard to ensure no stone is left unturned with every patient. Thank goodness he takes time to investigate because that's how it should be. His receptionist even sent materials to my home about my disease to help me understand everything and make me feel more comfortable.
