Dr Lito is so intelligent. He spent so much time with my son and answered all of our questions. So grateful for him! There is a wait time, but it is so worth it to get good answers. The office is clean and the staff was so friendly!

Awful experience. He was rude, treated us like we were idiots. When my daughter told him during an "episode" she felt dizzy he replied very rudely with " dizziness means nothing to me. " basically wouldn't except dizzy as an answer from her even after I explained she has a speech and language disorder and can't always articulate and explain herself well. He ended his visit with us by laughing his way out of the room at us after I told him my husband had had seizures in the past. We won't be back

I could not find better Physicians to care for my son.The Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, even though I can see they are so busy! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Where to begin! The staff is rude and half the time they don't know what they are talking about. I've been told before our insurance wasn't active when it was, they changed my address to an OUT OF TOWN ADDRESS where I didn't even liv. They stopped confirming appointments so we missed 1 appointment. I called to make an appt and told them my son had 4 days worth of medication left. They said they couldn't get him in before he was out. There also has never been any type of testing done. Goin 2 INDY

Both my son's go to Dr. Lito! I wouldn't take my sons to ANY other doctor!! It's a long wait in the office BUT SO WORTH IT!! He is amazing.

Wait for over an hour in a waiting room full of sick people (parents), Dr's are nice but it's crazy to expect us to wait especially if you have a newborn in an environment like this.

The Dr. is really good but the office staff and nurses are very rude to patients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They over book patients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to know why Dr Cruz lets the office staff and nurses run the place,I thought the doctors were their boss!!!!!!!! Instead of the staff being bosses!!!!!!!!!!! It will catch up with them and lose patients!!!!!!!!!!!
