Gets angry if asked if things should be like this. She says she discussed specific things and there never was such a conversation and it was wrong for me in the end, but now I am stuck with it for life.

Dr. Ponugoti does not respect your time and shows up late. Leaves you in waiting rooms for hours. It's funny Docs complain about late patients but have no trouble leaving you to wait because their staff can not manage time.
