Was Katherine Hamilton for 12 days too long. Froze, had to wear a blanket all the time as others. Talked to NO ONE while there. He said 2 sentences upon my discharge. Yea real good Dr. And ordered same med I came in with. Wow you guys are worthless. Get some white drs back to union

The good reviews are written by their staff and family... Rate is 0000000
Staff left before my appt. Because it had started to snow. I was a block away. The Rudest women ever answered phone. Followed by his office removing 125$ from my bank acct as you can verify through first national. When they got that money back the loud talking phillipino girl took 300$ out then must have calmed down after I reported that to bank. As that was then put back. All I can say is Watch What They are doing in you bank account...I rate that Hot Mess as a negative 100....RN.
I have a hard time actually speaking deeply about my issues. I told him what meds I was on for my heart and he still preprescribed me something that could have killed me. My heart doctor was in shock he used a BP.med for its side effects when Ive been in heart failure. He also put me on a very strong antidepressants that made me feel my brain was " breaking ". I told him Im an insomniac and he still tried a sleeping pill. Insniacs bodies fight sleeping pills. His office help talked qbout me like Inwasnt there. Plus he never really even looked at me. I felt it was a judgment and not him trying to help me. I never went back.
The doctor is great. The staff is awful with all these misspelled and grammatically incorrect signs all over the office threatening to drop you as a patient if you do not abide by all their rules. One patient agreement that is signed should suffice. They are VERY rude and unprofessional.
I have known Dr Singh over 20yrs. He a has horrible, unprofessional staff named Anna. Rarely pleasant, I have overheard her talk about other patient's, actually on a few occasions spoke to me about very very unprofessional issues as in patients and staff she works with. I have heard her complain countless occasions. I seem to have trouble every month getting prescriptions called in, She always says she called pharmacy. Clearly is not true due to me contacting my pharmacy before I call her. I make sometimes countless of calls to fight to get my script refilled. I never ever say anything bad about anyone however I have taken a family member and myself almost 20yrs. She should be replaced. Sadly She Can be very highly highly unprofessional, very very rude attitude, rarely smiles or interacts with patients in kindness manner in my experience. Especially in a psychiatric office, we should feel good vibes, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I’m sorry for saying this but she should be replaced in a different area other than in the office around patients and in charge of calling prescriptions and patients. I know many others has experienced what I have. As I have mentioned. Dr Singh is absolutely my saving grace. I wanted to share my experience and hopefully no one experiences what myself and others has. Thank you Dr!! I sadly sadly will have to change Drs if there is no improvement.
Good doctor and professional, but needs more help in the office. Been hard to get call backs (especially messages I left) and communication with office is poor. Open hours are even less along with the hour lunch they close for. Add that with the whole Covid-19 thing, this place is becoming less helpful everyday.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
