I went to Dr. Pendergast for a steroid injection and later for a diagnostic injection (nerve block). On both visits the Dr. and nurses were polite, professional, answered all of my questions, and were calm and reassuring during the procedure. The surgical room was immaculate and comfortable and the facility (Sycamore Pain & Wellness, Terre Haute) is very easy to get to, plenty of close parking, clean, and well organized. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pendergast to friends and family in need of these services.

I just moved here from Pennsylvania and couldn't have found a better doctor. Doctor Pendergast listened to all of my concerns and issues. He didn't make me feel like just a number that I'm used to and finally after 3 years he finally determined that my pain pump was not working properly. My previous doctors didn't care and just told me to live with the pain. I can't say enough about his whole staff and how they listen to your problems. Thank you again Dr Pendergast and for having such a caring staff.I will definitely recommend you to everyone that I know! You have a patient that is happy to come back with a smile on my face regardless of the pain I'm in!!

Dr. Penderghast is the best. I’d been all over having the same procedures done and the Drs. never helped relieve my pain. I highly recommend him and Daxton Duncan. I recommend them all the time.

I was very impressed with the doctor's professionalism. When he came in to meet me he was very polite. The doctor explained everything about the procedure he was about to perform. He answered any questions I had. Post procedure was also explained to me with great detail. The nurse's were very kind and polite and treated me with respect as well. During my procedure everything was explained as he did it and that was comforting to me as I was a nervous wreck. I would highly recommend Dr. Pendergast to family and friends. I'm in nursing myself as well as a few family members. I was treated just the way I treat my own patients with respect,dignity and professionalism. Thank you doctor for the great experience.
