This lady saved my life.

She had to deliver my youngest son due to my doctor being out of town, and almost killed us both. She is very rude. She demanded I stay at the hospital even though I was only 4cm. She was very rough in everything she did. It felt like I was waiting her time being in labor. She then demanded I have a csection. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone!

Dr Potoczak's a wonderful Doctor

first of all, when she walked in, she said they were very busy today, which made me feel like she didn't want to put the time she should have into my visit. Maybe she was busy, but she never should have said that to me. i had a couple of health related questions for her and she made the exam feel rushed. she was not gentle during the exam. I had a question about whether something was normal or not and instead of answering, prescribed me anti-biotics (that i now know i don't need). when i asked again if it was normal, she was rude when she replied. I talked to my mom and few others and discovered my problem was, in fact, normal. I had another question but she made me too uncomfortable to ask it. she just made my entire visit a very uncomfortable experience. Not only that but when she came in, she put on gloves (as she should have) but when i asked her my question, she went to look something up and kept her gloves on when she opened the door to go out, touched who knows what outside the room, opened the door to come back in, and kept the same gloves on to examine me. especially for first-time patients, as I was, i would not recommend her.

I have never been so irritated by a doctor. A little over a month ago I went in for a routine exam and pap smear. My appointment was scheduled for the time the office opened, and I sat in the waiting room for almost 40 minutes. When I finally went back to the examination room, I was in there for at least another 20 minutes before Dr. Potoczak actually showed up. I don't mind waiting usually, I understand that things happen and sometimes you can't get things done exactly when you have planned. However, an hour for the first appointment of the day is ridiculous. The doctor was so rough with me during my actual exam that I bled for the rest of the day (not a normal amount of bleeding). She never greeted me or explained the process, she basically told me to lie down and spread my legs. She was beyond rude and she hurt me. I could even deal with that because whatever, I just want to be done with it. However, a month and a half later, I have called the office SIX times. Every single time I have been told that I need to call back tomorrow because they don't have access to their computer systems. I am honestly beyond upset and think this is ridiculous.

It's been over six years since she help give birth to our health boy . We had a wonderful deliver experience as well afterwards. Potoczak kept myself informed to everything going on and never was rude nor hateful. Sincerely thankful for her assistance all the way. She even kicked out assistant nursing whom were never to be in the room, she kept her foot down and I love it!!

I kept getting treated for the same thing but then there was not more solutions to help just referrals for medication.

She did an excellant job for my family. I would certainly recommend giving her a chance.

Her bedside manner is appalling. She was condescending as well as rough with no concern as to my feelings. Aside from her obvious disdain for my being married to a woman, she was inexcusable rough during my Pap smear and strongly implied that the gay couple I was going to surrogate for had AIDS. She is a rude, homophobic woman who has no business in such a sensitive area of medicine.

Dr Potoczak is horribly rude and I now see why no one wants her as their OBGYN.
