Dr Grundy and her entire staff are above amazing...there is no where else I would go for medical care....Dr very educated and professional and excellent bed side care....she makes sure everything is understandable and I have never felt she has rushed through my appointment....I highly recommend her...... definitely 5 star office.

Dr. Grundy herself is a well educated and experienced podiatrist, however, the administration personnel at the front desk is completely insufferable and incompetent. She has an off putting attitude and Cannot handle a scheduling conflict for going on 3 weeks. Defeats the purpose of going to a known excellent doctor, if I cannot get in to see her. Will be going elsewhere indefinitely.

Dr. Grundy is very pleasant. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She seems to really know her stuff and she explains everything so you can understand. She thorough. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Grundy worked hard to fix my wife’s torn ligament in her ankle. This was a difficult surgery to say the least and she has recovered perfectly. Dr. Grundy was so patient throughout the healing process and without her, my wife would not be feeling as good as she is today!

Dr. Grundy is as talented and caring as her great smile. Already my foot feels better and that is only after one visit. Imagine what it will feel like after several more visits, I just may be ready to resume my speed walking. Can't wait to see you again Doc. Keep up the great work!

The Most Amazing Dr and Staff we have ever experienced! Dr Grundy is totally an excellent surgeon and physician. Her diagnosis of my problem was right on the mark. Now my husband who's a diabetic sees her also. From the front desk to the Dr to the assistants and even billing they are all absolutely stupendous. Going to miss them all when I get released.

Dr. Grundy is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen. She’s extremely arrogant and rude. Did not listen to my problem, came in the room for about 2 minutes after I waited over an hour for her. I will not be going back or recommend anyone seeing her.

Saw Dr. Grundy for foot pain. She gave me an injection, orthotics and PT. I was shocked at how my lower back pain also disappeared! Happy is an understatement! I highly recommend!

Dr. Grundy and the entire staff at South Shore Foot & Ankle are Amazing! I was under the care of a different podiatrist in Northwest Indiana for severe foot pain for years. I finally decided to seek the help of Dr. Grundy because my pain level was intolerable. From the moment I stepped foot into the practice, I knew that my prayers for healing were about to be answered. I was greeted at the reception desk by a very kind and professional staff member who immediately made me feel like I mattered. I was not just another number. The office manager also made a point to say hello and welcome me to the practice. I was escorted back to an exam room on-time for my scheduled appointment. Dr. Grundy walked in the exam room just moments after I was brought back. With just one look at both of my feet, Dr. Grundy was confident that she knew what was wrong and exactly what needed to be done to help me. A follow-up MRI confirmed her diagnosis. Without delay, I was put on Dr. Grundy's surgery schedule. Well, I am now a few weeks post-op. I can honestly say that my consistent pain level of 10+ for the previous 18-24 months is NO LONGER AN ISSUE! I only wish that I had turned to Dr. Grundy for help sooner!With my former podiatrist, my pain level had been a consistent 10 for at least 18 months. His staff was rude and never smiled. I don't know why I stayed. He had continuously told me that "as you age, your feet change. Buy better shoes, buy wider shoes, buy bigger shoes...etc." Ugh! Dr. Grundy knew exactly how to "fix me" within moments of meeting me! She spent a great deal of time going over my history, as well as, what needed to be done to make me better.I have read the other reviews on this google page for Dr. Grundy. Although I realize that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I strongly disagree with the negative reviews and comments here. Makes me wonder if they were actually even patients? One negative review claimed that Dr. Grundy was "arrogant and rude." In my opinion, that review could not be further off from the truth and reality that I have experienced! I have never met a doctor who demonstrated more confidence and professionalism in my life!! (Being a cancer survivor and having undergone more than 25 surgeries, that says A LOT about my confidence in her)So, if you are looking for a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, confident and professional podiatrist, then your search has ended. Give Dr. Grundy's office a call. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! I would give her a MILLION STARS if I could!

Thought she was a good doctor at first until I found out the truth. 1. She has no regard for the HIPPA. My operations manager was apauled how she openly discussed my medical with him and everyone at a health and safety seminar that I got her invited to where I worked. 2. She gave everyone at this health and safety seminar that she was only interested in making money!! not helping people. In med school there is a saying "Don't look for Zebras at a horse race." In other words don't bother researching the problem just guess. She lives by this. 3. She makes tons of money keeping a wound open rather than healing it. Found out from other doctors this is why they call her " The Butcher." 4. She has proven to say anything to cover up her mistakes or to sell something. 5. My only recommendation is when she starts feeding you b.s. about how she cares for you RUN !!!! away and find a real doctor.
