Healthlinc Corporate Office's Online Review Report Card

I have been needing an extraction of a tooth for my son for a few months now.  First, healthlinc did not schedule my appointment For him so I had to reschedule.  When I finally did get in a month total. All thy did was scrape at his teeth and did a shoddy job cleaning them.  They berated me and didn't make me feel good about being there.  Then they don't have the technology to extract a tooth so I am still at square one.  Will have to end up paying out of pocket for our worsening health care crisis.

Clinic in Valparaiso could not give me a refill of a simple prescription.  Pharmacy contacted them no response. I called they said they did it.  Pharmacy never got it.  I called again. The said they did it.  Called pharmacy they never got it.  Between calling and talking to 3 different people and then showing up at the office still no prescription.  Finally got a call back explained I demand a paper script.  Drove there got it drove to pharmacy,.... Will never deal with this corporate driven mess again.   10 days 6 phone calls 2 face to face for one perscription.

Terrible patient care. I had a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia on Thursday. I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours with the results. I did not. I called all day Friday to try and get the results and could not talk to an actual person. I figured since they have Saturday office hours I would hear something  then. Still nothing. I finally called again on Monday morning after I went to work (at a pediatricians office) and was told "Asha was going to call to see how you were today as you do have pneumonia. She'll figure out what to send and will call you back later." For one, a plan should have been in place already. For two, I should have to repeatedly call to find out the results. Do not recommend. M

The Medical providers here are fantastic. They really care about your health and want what's best for you. They have a wonderful CEO who has a big heart for the community and her staff. This organization really stands by their mission and values. They are very responsive to patient concerns and try to address them as promptly as possible. They have a great pharmacy and offer DM education program and they even have a Coumadin clinic. If you are someone that truly cares about your health and want to get plugged in, they have a lot of resources to help get you to your goal. It is a teaching facility so they have wonderful pharmacy and nurse practitioner residency program there as well.

I moved so I needed to get my medical records. Thank God I no longer go to this place for my healthcare. The girl working the front office has a loud voice that carries, so you can literally hear word for word her talking and gossiping about other patients. Unprofessional.Just asking for a pen, she also rolls her eyes at you so much to the point that she looks possessed and in need of an exorcism...

Absolutely horrible service! Can't get a phone call back. Can't get prescriptions filled or even so much as called in. It's been a week and they still haven't called in a pre-authorization for prescription that was given to us last Friday! Very unorganized, very rude, they do not care about your health or well-being whatsoever... update!... it has now been 11 DAYS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MEDICINE! They STILL have not called the pharmacy with the pre-authorization number THAT THEY HAVE ON MY FILE! STILL CAN'T GET THEM TO RETURN A PHONE CALL OR EVEN GET MY PRESCRIPTION
