My 8 year old daughter saw Dr. Webb for a dental check up and he was incredibly rude to us. I warned him and his staff she has anxiety about the dentist. The front staff was kind and assured me they would let the dentist know. His assistant just brushed it off like it was nothing. My daughter winced as Dr. Webb was in her mouth and he stated “oh stop I’m not even doing anything to you”, among other snide remarks. I reiterated to him she has anxiety and she’s young. He told me he’s not going to do anything for her. When he left the room I asked his assistant if he normally works with kids, she said “yes all the time”. I’m in complete shock that anyone would allow this man to work with children. Horrible bedside manner. We will NOT be back.

All the staff are amazing! They actually care about their patients, which I've never experienced before going here.

The are not courteous at all, I'm a new time parent with a new born did my ever best to get there on time.appointment at 11:20 got there 11:38. I would not pick this place as a healthcare place at all a couple minutes late and they want to reschedule you after coming 16 miles and gas is Sky High won't come here again absolutely regret having them as my health care choice

Being thankful not only shows good manners, but a simple expression of thankfulness can go a long way in relationships and communication with others. I have been waiting for a refund from the Optical department in Valparaiso Indiana for a MONTH! I paid CASH for a pair of glasses that were wrong, and I am jumping through hoops to get my money back! A MONTH!!!!

They have vision care, dental care, general practitioner care. On site pharmacy. I LOVE it here! I get all of my care in one place. And if I need a specialist, I trust my GP to refer me to a good specialist.With a pharmacy on site, I can pick my prescriptions up on the way out. Easy.The receptionists are sweet, always caring. Wait times are always short. Dr's are caring and take their time to truly assist you.I've never had an issue at all from my beloved health linc! It's just so convienant, kind, quick, easy. I'll never change unless I move far out of range.Thank you so much HL!!

The staff is very rude and the doctors are incompetent. They lie and push pills on you. They have "fake"programs for people in recovery and sway you to stay on mat for much longer than needed. They offer no resources and again the staff aka drs are awful

Healthlinc is an excellent facility. Doctors, nurses, and health aides are compassionate and care about the patient. There are so many programs to help with every aspect of health and wellness. I can't say enough about healthlinc except become a patient there and you will be pleased.

I saw Dr Maya with many symptoms of something wrong with my thyroid. She did run tests, however did not do a full thyroid panel- when questioned why she did not run the more thorough test which includes additional components she insisted she HAD and became defensive.When asked what heterogeneous echnocity meant on the thyroid ultrasound she told me that it meant my thyroid tissue was “the same” throughout. The prefix Hetero does NOT mean the same!!!She was not going to do a referral for me for an endocrinologist, but rather wanted to refer me to an ENT to have a laryngoscope done- ignoring the multiple multiple symptoms of a thyroid issue. I refused the referral for the ENT stating I was not going to have a laryngoscope shoved down my throat when I have many thyroid symptoms. She did agree to do the referral for the endocrinologist, but also tried to give me one for the ENT.First thing the endocrinologist said when he sat down across from me was that I have issues with my thyroid!I will not return to Health Linc, they seem to be ok if yiu have a cold but do t go here if you have complex medical issues that need a diagnosis.Although they have a lab, I had to go to an outside lab because every time I went in for the bloodwork, the lab person was gone. Despite me calling to confirm they were there, several times they had “just left” right before I got there, and hours before they were supposed to.
