Heather was able to get my fiancé in at the last minute to get her eyes checked for a foreign object. Not only were they able to get her in within a couple hours but she had nothing but good things to say about them.

I am a new patient and Very pleased! I switched to Dr Jozwiak from another doctor I went to for many years. Dr Jozwiak took the time to make sure I'm wearing the correct prescription.

I cannot say ENOUGH about Dr. Jozwiak and her staff. She has been INCREDIBLY generous to me and has always taken extra time and care to listen to my concerns and her staff is ALWAYS friendly. I have suffered with an eye condition and when I was first diagnosed @Rush University's optometry urgent care, Dr. J and her staff moved her schedule around to have me seen immediately and provided me with incredible care, per usual. Throughout the course of my treatment, she provided me numerous pairs of contacts on the house to try to figure out what would work best. On September 15, 2021 Heather L. Jozwiak OD gave me in eye exam and I will say that I was pleased with it and with her initial patience and care. Unfortunately her staff and it appears this office is all about the white privileged, they are/were racist. They discriminated against me due to my race, handicap and financial status on several occasions. Her office and staff may have many good reviews but if you’re not going to drop $1000 ++ on glasses your business is just not good enough for them and they are not shy to let you know.

Dr. Jozwiak and her staff are the best! I’ve been seeing her for several years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for an eye doc in the Valparaiso area.

I love this eye doctor and I have had MANY eye doctors in my 20+ years of glasses. Dr. Jozwiak is THE BEST! This office has a small staff which ensures personal connections with each visit. Dr. Jozwiak is transparent with what is going on with prescriptions and such which is so helpful. They have great selections for frames and will help you out with picking the perfect frame for your face. I highly recommend Dr. Heather Jozwiak to anyone and everyone!

Dr. J has a positive energy when she walks in the room. Honestly it started at the door with check in. You immediately feel valued, comfortable, and not as a number in line. The whole office staff somehow brings fun to an eye exam! The office is clean, neat, and cozy. Eye exams are part of self care and they care, don't let a poor experience somewhere else cause you to neglect your eyes. Just call and make an appointment at Dr. J's office. They are worth your time because they make you worth theirs.
