I have just moved to IN and was trying to get my boys in the doctor. The 2 nurses that I spoke on the phone with were so rude to me I was in tears and not to mention they hung up on me twice!! I have never seen a staff unify and become so unprofessional in my life. I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy. Its a sad thing because I have only heard great things about Dr. Suanes. I did however call a different office once they hung up on me and within 5 minutes had both my boys scheduled without the humiliation of the front office playing phone tag and making fun of me. This is my first review online, for anything but I needed to do something about it because it would have been one thing had it been me and my husband but these women both knew that my concern was for my children and thats the way I looked at it. You didn't treat me like that, you denied my children's health. Im an optimist though and cant let it ruin my day i just wanted to make sure and warn others!

Absolutely love Doctor Suanes! He see’s my niece and nephew, when I had my own child their was no doubt who his pediatrician would be! Staff is wonderful! Always kind and helpful, I recommend his office to all my friends look for a pediatrician!

My son has been going to Dr. Suanes for years and we love him! Years ago yes they were a little slow and over booked but a great doctor. His office has worked out the issue and we have not had to wait in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. He always explains what is going on and always answers my questions.

Dr. Suanes and his Nurse Belinda are both GREAT. They genuinely care about the children they see. They are always caring and make sure to answer any questions we may have. I don't feel like we are another number that walks through the door, they are both very personable. I highly recommend Dr. Suanes and his team!

Dr. Suanes has been my children’s doctor for quite some time now. He is always there to answer any questions I have and he has never steered me wrong. I trust his judgement with any issues they have. We love Dr. Suanes and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new doctor!
