Dr. Allison Pernic performed a YAG procedure for my left eye yesterday at the Elkhart clinic. I give her the highest, excellent rating for gracious and informative manner as well as medical skill with laser surgery. I am very impressed with this doctor as well as the Grossnickle staff

I have seen Dr. Pernic several times. She is one of those doctors that, when you find them, you stick with them. Very smart but not arrogant in the least. Calmly and fully answered all questions with understandable explanations. Patient friendly. She has a calming quality in her delivery of information. Recommended.

I went to Dr. Pernic to have a pernicious sty on my eyelid treated/removed after it failed to respond to easier solutions. She was honest, clear, and had a great chair-side manner. While the results still remain to be seen (in progress), I feel I was given the options and information I needed and even had a few laughs (not easy with a needle close to your eye in a time of COVID!). I'd return in a heartbeat.

This young woman is arrogant, rude, and completely lacks empathy for her patients. I left my appointment (cataract assessment) in tears. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this physician. If I had the option of leaving zero stars, that would be my choice. Stay away!
