Always a great experience from the receptionist to seeing Dr Reichenbach. Brenda the receptionist is always smiling and cheerful. I will never go to any other doctor!

My husband has been seeing Jason Clay for several months and every single time he has to fill his meds he has to call this office and we’re given a complete run around by the nurses and literally everyone we talk to on the phone. They treat us like we’re a inconvenience and like we’re a problem when we are just simply trying to get his medication. Most recently when trying to fill his medication that was over a week past due because he can’t even attempt to fill it early without problems, they didn’t do anything for days and days until we called the pharmacy defeated and they reached out to the office to get a prior authorization. Then I had similar issue while my son was very sick with just lack of contact and care. My family will no longer be associated with this office.
