Made an appointment on line for 12:35 Received my text that I am next in line and please show up 15 early. Showed up and checked in. Receptionist thought I might have COVID symptoms, so she said to wait in my car. It is now 1:52 and still waiting. Going on 1-1/2 hrs of waiting in the car. They texted me and told me to show up …….

I came in to get a physical, and from the lady at the front desk to the sweet nurse who did my 1st set of tests were very professional and kind. My nurse practitioner checked me very thoroughly and I had her cracking up. Very nice office, would highly recommend, just be patient they are our front line workers and have alot going on behind the scenes. We've been to this location a few times now, this was by far the worst experience ever. We had a 12:20 appt, called into the room at 12:45, nurse came in, did all preliminary stuff, and everything went fine. About 10 minutes later she came in to tell us they had an emergency and it would be a few minutes longer. It was an hour before the NP came in, had no idea who she was seeing, and started talking to me about my FMLA paperwork. (I was there with a sick child, not FMLA). From that point it, we were rushed, and the visit was shoddy. I understand the reason for the delay, but whether you're behind or not at this point, I've already paid for my appointment. We deserved a proper, thorough, examination. We've been to this location a few times now, this was by far the worst experience ever.
