Dr Duguid is very personable and actually listened. Her nurse was super friendly and engaging also. I felt at ease with everyone from the receptionist at check-in, during the visit, to the end. Everyone was very nice, and it is refreshing to be treated well as the patient in need of help. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick and am unable to see my own physician. Thank you so very much!
