Me and my wife just moved back to Indiana and we went to see Dr Frances and just because she has not been able to get a Indiana ID they refused to see her as a matter of fact they threw all the paperwork she just filled out in the trash!

For my initial OB appointment, the only words the doctor actually addressed to me was "Hello, I'm Jonathan Frances." Anything after that were vague comments more like verbalized thoughts directed to no one. He never looked me in the face other than for the brief introduction. He never told me the results of his exam and just walked out of the room afterward! I felt completely humiliated and degraded. The ultrasound tech was less than personal and appeared oblivious to the fact that the transvaginal ultrasound (that I was not told would be done) was placed in a sensitive area - then didn't even offer me a tissue to clean up with afterward before exiting the room, too! The only positive was the nurse that spoke with me about nutrition, etc. before the physical exam, but she never prepared me for the extent of the violation to my body that would occur! Not happy and won't be returning!
