It takes way too long to get test results. My husband (who has Parkinson’s) got the runaround about giving a urine sample for possible UTI. First, I was told it was an hour wait on the phone for the doctors and suggested I call back later. When I called back after lunch I was told the only appts available were zoom calls before they could order an urinalysis and there were none available that day. I said I’ll take him to urgent care. Then they called back and said Dr Tantoco said he didn’t need a zoom call and she put orders in for a urine sample. We got it done that day, but the results still weren’t in by the next afternoon! I called my husbands neurologist in Lebanon and he said I’ll order the test and you’ll have the results in an hour. So we got the results from the neurologist before we ever did from IU Health.

Horrific experience with this doctor. I saw her for 2 years. She did listen to my concerns , she did believe what I was experiencing . Refused to order tests. I had to find other providers to help me and they had to call her office to get anything done. Those 2 years under her so called care has affected the rest of my life in a negative way. Does she have a brother that is an MD with connections ?

I visited Dr. Edwards in the IU Urgent Care, and I found her kind and efficient. I felt good about my visit and how I was treated and would happily go back to see Dr. Anna Edwards again. She addressed all my concerns and didn't demean them like I feel some doctors do.

She has Zero compassion for her patients. Paid good money to talk to the wall, basically. I wouldn't send my dog to her !!!
