List of Randall Dermatology's Reviews
I've been here twice and I'm not really feeling this dermatologist. Everytime I come here. I'm not properly seen for what I came here for. They take a look at my skin and give me a recommendation to something I have been doing before coming here. Which I find pointless. I don't recommend this place.
I would not recommend Randall Dermatology. I would find a more professional and knowledgeable facility. I was referred here due to lumps on my neck and head and a full body checkup on my moles. First off, the nurse practitioner T. Coyner was rushing as soon as she entered my room. She barely looked at the lumps and told me they were cysts. She shot steroids into them. She wanted me to come back in two weeks to have the "cysts" cut out of my neck. She went to leave the room and I had to remind her to take a look at my moles. She took a very quick glimpse with her eyes and told me they were fine because I have had them all of my life. I was not happy with their care so I cancelled my next appointment and found a new dermatologist. My new dermatologist informed me that the lumps on my neck were NOT cysts. They were swollen lymph nodes. I also had to have 3 moles cut out at my new dermatologist due to them being pre-cancerous. I am very disappointed in the care I received at Randall Dermatology. Randall also sent me to collections a month after receiving the outrageous bill for their poor care even when I made a payment towards it. Please take care of your health and skin and find a dermatologist who is responsible and knowledgeable.
Reading these reviews , I don't recognize the staff and Dr some of these reviews are talking about!!Dr Randall and his staff are the kindest most compassionate professionals I've known!Dr Randall is so focused on treating the problem he some times seems a bit distant but he doesn't miss a thing ! I have only been to West Lafayette office and would give the entire staff , especially Dr Randall FIVE STARS!!!
I love going there
I'm in my 80's and am very grateful for all Randall Dermatology has done for me for the past 30 years. I have sun damaged skin from having spent my childhood summers out in the sun before there was such a thing as sunscreen. The nurses at Randall have painlessly removed many keratosis's that could have become cancer. As for my husband, he too is grateful as they spared him an unnecessary operation when he was told by a doctor at Arnette that a sore on his hand that wouldn't heal was cancer. I suggested he go to Randall for a second opinion and thankfully he did. He was prescribed a cream to use every day and the sore disappeared. With all the work we have had done at Randall, I have always been pleased with the cost. I love the environment of Randall's spa. It's beautiful and uplifting, and the people are all very friendly and competent. I would never go anywhere else. It's very busy for good reasons.
I didn't know this clinic is a father/son group when I made the reservation. I ended up being treated by the jr. doctor. He was inexperienced. I asked for a follow-up visit and told the doctor about his ineffective treatment and bad result. He got mad and walked out of the office.
I went there four times to remove my small moles. First of all, my moles are still there. Everytime I needed to wait for the doctor for over 30 minutes!! So why do I need reservation then?! Once I was running a bit late, and called to ask whether they could postpone my reservation 15 mins late, and they said NO and I had to reschedule. I said I had to wait for him for over 30 mins, 15 min late wouldnt be a problem; but they said no. The whole place is terrible.
My visit was delightful from check in to check out! The young man working at the reception desk has to be the most polite, courteous, and compassionate worker I have ever met. I wish he could be replicated at all of my doctors offices. Dr was great too along w his nurses. Always takes the time to listen to my concerns.
This review is for the unprofessional front. Whenever there is a call they never direct you to the right location being there are two sides. If you look at your website there is only one number if this is an annoyance to you please do not take it out on the caller simply update your website.Second, answer the phone kindly. Being sharp and quick in your answering isn’t professional in fact if you could be more informative as your dealing with the public and making sure to answer all questions throughly. And remember to smile :)Third, look at whom your checking in And confirm why they are here. And smileFourth, when checking out don’t let the patient (whom pays your bills to just stand there) and you knowing they are there don’t even address yourself or acknowledge their presence. When your clients say un excuse me I’m here to check out.... that’s probably not good on your part. Then answer them back and say “you’ve assumed right”.... unprofessional.Firth, I waited for almost 30 minutes to see the doctor. And no one else was there. So idk how that happened but the ball definitely got droppedSixth, I was told an incorrect price and I’m very disappointed to have had to pay what was not verbally stated. I do feel I deserve that credited back to me.When I told the extremely rude and abrasive old lady at the front the price was Incorrect after her already poor display. She continued to be in her unprofessional manner that I was wrong. And finally went to address the doctor. After the doctor came to the front. He apologized for the inconvenience but even after leaving I still feel I was wronged. No apology was given on behalf of the old lady. And still yet made to pay. Which I feel should have been what was verbally stated upfront in the back room. Please remember you are the face of the practice. If you do not like your job please do not be there. When I see things like this it tells me I’m not appreciated as a customer and I’ll finish my follow up but I think after that I’ll be finding a new dermatologist. I’ll find a practice who appreciates my business.Aimee Boisvert
My 12 year old son saw Dr. Manning for psoriasis. Dr. Manning was excellent, explained to my son exactly what is going on inside his body in a way he could easily understand. The nurses and reception staff are wonderful as well. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
