Was the first family doctor I've used. Has never been available never reached out for any of my concerns and their office always refers me to urgent care/emergency room which in itself is a freaking scam. They charged me 350$ for nothing once. I'm dropping him as a family doctor.

Awesome! Dr. Klak listens to all my issues and provides me multiple possible explanations or suggestions. He also does not hesitate to refer you to another specialist that may provide a more clear and precise diagnosis and recovery plan. He is a GREAT doctor and I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Dr. Klak is a thoughtful, patient, and kind physician. I have deeply appreciated his professional insight and good nature. The staff in the office are also excellent. I have had a great experience there. He offers video visits which is very convenient for me given my work schedule. I am thankful he is my physician.

Started seeing him because my fiancee was. He doesn't care. Not one bit. I've been in pain for well over a month with nothing to treat it and no effort to combat the source. Ontop we recently discovered that he knew my fiancee had a condition and didn't even inform him, 3 years ago!!! It's gone untreated this whole time. Most of his staff is rude and condescending if you even dare to ask for help with pain. The only good ones on staff are two receptionists, Theresa and Lori (sorry to those two if I spelled their names wrong). Don't waste your time seeing such an incompetent and uncaring doctor. A whole year and literally not one of my conditions had been treated. Even getting a referral is like trying to talk to a wall.
