I highly recommend Dr. Perni if you have any back issues. He is very professional but also willing to listen to your needs. He did surgery on me to relieve a pinched nerve and I'm now feeling so much better. The tingling has subsided to a point where I know don't even notice the little tingling I have. The other reason I recommend him is his staff. They make you feel relaxed and again very professional. You won't be sorry you saw him.

Dr. Perni and his staff were great. Dr. Perni fully explained my condition and my options without pressuring me to make an immediate decision. After I chose the procedure, the follow-up appointments were on-time and Dr. Perni and his PA Christina were professional and kind. I would recommend him to others.

Dr Perni is an excellent surgeon and his staff is phenomenal. 25 years of back issues are now in the rear view mirror. Thank you so much for your skill and graciousness. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is tired of struggling and surgery is an option.

I have needed Dr. Perni twice in the last few years. The first time my mom was having back issues. He was so kind to her and figured out she had an infection from a prior surgery on her bladder. He literally saved her life. I then recently went to him when my neck was bothering me. I have joint disease in my cervical spine. I thought he was going to recommend surgery. He gave me exercises and made some other suggestions to try. Dr. Perni wanted to try conservative treatment first. His suggestions were spot on and the tingling in my neck and bicep are gone. I am so happy and appreciative he did not rush me into surgery. I don't have experience with other spine surgeons but I do know this one has been great to my family.

It took a month to get in to see Dr. Perni as he is in high demand and I now understand why. He did an excellent job taking care of my back problem and I am now able to walk again without pain.
