She made a comment about my body in a very condescending way. I would not recommend for anyone!
NOT GOOD. REGISTERING WITH HER AS MY PC, AFTER JUST MOVING TO INDIANA, 2020. GAVE HER ALL MY MEDICAL HISTORY VIA FORMER DOCTOR, TENNESSEE. SHE DREW BLOOD, SAW ABOVE NORMAL WHITE CELL COUNT, Rx FOR ANTIBIOTIC, DREW BLOOD AGAIN WEEK LATER, HER ASSISTANT CALLED, SAID I HAD RENAL FAILURE, REFERRED ME TO KIDNEY DOC. FEELING BAD, QUIT THE ANTIBIOTIC, BELT BETTER BUT WENT TO KIDNEY DOC TWICE, EVEN GOT ULTRASOUND. NOTHING WRONG WITH KIDNEYS. KIDNEY DOC THOUGHT WAS ANTIBIOTIC CAUSING BHARGAVA TO TELL ME RENAL FAILURE. MAKING MATTERS WORSE, MONTH LATER, REFUSED TO Rx REFILL FOR MY LONG-STANDING BLOOD PR MEDS WITH NO RESPONSE. TRIED AGAIN, PHARMACIST HAD TO CHECK WITH HER OFFICE, AGAIN REFUSED TO REFILL MY Rx, NO REASON GIVEN. I HAVE NOT RETURNED, NOR WILL I. TOO MANY COMPETENT DOCS WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS AND THEIR REPUTATION TO WASTE TIME ON DR. BHARGAVA.
Treats her patients very poorly
Great physician, does NOT deal with controlled substances at all!! Love that she tries to find the problem and not just treat the problem.
Thought I was there for pain medication because it was in my profile. Repeatedly told her it wasn't, but she wouldn't listen to anything else I had to say. I simply needed a primary care doctor. First and last visit.
I went to CarePoint over the weekend to see a doctor about a broken tooth that I suspected was accessed. I had an appointment with the dentist but could no longer stand the pain, and I had been having fevers. My visit with Dr.Bahrgava started well, I gave her a history of my symptoms, she checked lymph nodes, gums etc. Then she proceeded to tell me that she did not see a broken tooth or swollen red gums, both of which were very obvious. She asked what I had been taking for pain and I told her extra strength ibuprofen (800mg) three times a day and that it was no longer effective. She ordered antibiotics for me "I'll give you antibiotics if you want" and recommended that I take 2 ibuprofen tablets (400 mg) three times a day. After my dentist appointment today I found that the tooth is infact abscessed. I was disappointed in her ability: missing obvious signs of a broken tooth and infection, and the reccomendation that I take a lesser amount of over the counter pain relievers rather than suggesting an alternative, as well as her unprofessionalism. I am grateful for the antibiotics however, they have made a world of difference, but I don't feel I would have received them if I had not asked for them.
This so called doctor's idea of a physical for my children's yearly physical consists of only height and weight (which I could have told her myself) and listening to their heartbeats. Then she charges over $200.00 per child on my insurance. Her waiting room or practice Is NEVER busy. She is a joke of a physician, so if you want a good doctor go elsewhere. When you ask questions you get a rude and you bother me type attitude.
She is extremely compassionate, helpful, and professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
