I Absolutely Love All Care Rheumatology!!DR. TRIN TRAN and her Staff R AMAZING!!! Terrific Bedside Manner, Knowledgeable, and THOROUGH! If you are in need of a GOOD RHEUMATOLOGIST Who LISTENS To YOU and is determined to find a treatment tht works for you, THIS IS THE PLACE! Thank you Dr. Tran for helping me with managing my Lupus, RA, & Fibromyalgia so tht I now have a better QUALITY OF LIFE!!!!
Dr. Tran and her office staff are absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Dr Tran if you or someone you know is looking for a Rheumatologist.
Staff incredibly difficult, lost my referral twice, never call back, didn't put me on the cancellation list, after getting on the cancellation, missed the call, called back in 4 minutes, 5was told 'I have to answer, we gave the appt. to the next person'. Was never told that. Now, I receive ONLY a text, they cancelled my appt (it was 5 months away), no call to tell me they are dismissing ME. Called in, was told finally that I am being referred out, after speaking with Dr. Tran about my interaction with staff. I believe the staff to be lying to Dr. Tran, if this meeting even occurred at all. I believe Dr. Tran and her staff to be vindictive. From other reviews, it seems that, if you can get in as a rheumatology patient, she may be helpful. But, getting in is the problem. And, please note the review about overprescribing, Dr. Tran is also an internal medicine doctor. Interesting. Since she is out on her own office now, that is very possible.
Nothing good to say , that says it all. To many office problems. Lieing staff members. Thank you for discharging me. Guess the truth was to hard for them to handle. Glad to a share personal experience and my "Breeze confidential messages" . Hoping lack of treatment and abandonment filings won't go unnoticed by medical board and state licensing board. Do you own research. Or better yet- just find another Reumetologist. Better ones to pick from. Office is poorly ran at best! Don't think you can talk to anyone and tell them your true feelings , you will be dismissed if you ask questions. And by all means , don't get a blanket provided for freezing office temps.. being stuck 3 times for infusion and infusion nurse forgot to remove tournequet.. she stated she had to restart it. Stick number 4. Requested Dr. to do it and was faced with infusion nurses insulting remarks and told to leave and make appointment with Dr. Stopped at Office managers office upset with the treatment I did and didn't recieve. Of course the doctor was only given snipets of what happened. And she refused my request to start the infusion herself- I was told "she doesn't have time and I would be put back on self home injections" same one that never gave any relief in prior years. Called the script into pharmacy then all my follow up appointments were canceled through the "Breeze app through confidential messaging". I shut down the Breeze App. Now all correspondence will be done by registered certified mail (and fax to release medical records) . So she prescribes me medication yto use , then abandons me for any follow up appointments... why do such a stupid thing. Oh. guess I should say "freaking" thing. Which is found to be abusive language in her practice. But the bright side-- I don't have listen to the infusion nurse complaining that she is over worked and don't know why she stays there. Never got an opportunity to see the doctor. Front office did not return my calls over 4-5 weeks of trying. Finally got a call back only to hear reasons why an appointment could not be made. Too many coices of doctors to tolerate poor service.
Very pleasant and thorough with my check up.
I can’t get anybody from her office to call me back I have been trying since May Dr.Tran is nice she just needs her office people to do better
I was seen by this office twice. The first time I was seen I was so excited because after months and months of sitting in pain and having limbs not work properly I was getting the help I thought I needed. On my second visit the staff completely forgot I was there and I waited for an hour and a half in the lobby, I was then finally asked if I was waiting for my appointment by a very nice nurse and I advised her I was. She finally took me back (the nursing staff here is very nice I loved the nursing staff that’s why I give a two star rating). During this appointment I was pushed a supplement Juice Plus, which is fine if we didn’t spend an hour talking about juice plus and not my issues I was still having. Up to this point I had been taking methotrexate for almost 2-3 months I believe. I was still feeling every bit of pain I had been feeling, plus nausea as a side effect of this drug. I left this appointment feeling very weird about the juice plus thing and just completely unsure, I then decided to reach out to the Mayo Clinic who diagnosed me with something different and put me on another drug that seems to be working, they also checked my heart and found that I have prolonged QT, I was prescribed a couple weeks before a sulfur medication that is on the “do not take with prolonged QT list” luckily I was feeling weird about this medication and didn’t even fill it. Unsure why my heart activity was never checked, when that medication could have seriously hurt me. I don’t think she’s a bad doctor, I just think sometimes patients fall through the crack or we get complacent in our jobs and forget to take the extra steps to keep our patients safe.
Dr. Tran refused to offer virtual visits to high risk patients during pandemic in spite of multiple requests. Patients' welfare is not a priority here.
Wow, how difficult to get a hold on these people!! Been calling for few days, the entire day - NO ANSWER! Can't they have an ofc manager dedicated to just immediately answering calls for prescriptions & appt inquiries??

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
