What a great experience during a difficult time of recovery. I am happy to be able to be back to normal after rotator cuff surgery, but sad to no longer be attending therapy. The amazing staff at Athletico made me look forward to going to every session! Great therapists, great assistants, and a wonderful office coordinator make this business special. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for recovery after surgery. I miss seeing all of them and consider them friends.

The Athletico team in Zionsville are AWESOME! Heather at the front desk is very personable and easy to work with on scheduling! I came in after rotator cuff surgery. I was having trouble with a knot in my trap that was giving me headaches ongoing. my doctor recommended trying dry needling to see if that would help. I came in to Athletico and met with Sarah. She does the dry needling, in just a few sessions, my headaches were gone, and the knot in my trap was no longer causing issues! I am a big believer in dry needling now! I highly recommend going to see Sarah and Heather and the Athletico team if you are having any issues with pain.

I injured my thumb/wrist due to overuse from baking/cooking as I am in Culinary School. My doctor asked if I had any preference on location for physical therapy and I chose the closest location to my house. It was one of the best decisions I have made. I was called shortly after the referral was sent over and has my first appointment two days later. I was nervous going in at first as I have major white coat syndrome so any related medical treatment facility can set off my anxiety. My first appointment was amazing. The staff were all extremely kind, considerate, and helpful. By my third appointment, my anxiety was gone and I looked forward to my appointments with them. I primarily worked with Brooke during my appointments. She is a bundle of joy and absolute pleasure to work with. We would exchange stories and laugh about various things as our sessions went on which made time go by quickly. If I wasn’t working with Brooke, I was with Heather, Taryn, or Justin and it was just as great working with them. I saw a noticeable growth as my sessions continued thanks to their hard work and am very grateful for all they have done. If I ever injure myself again (which I hope I don’t because no one likes injuries, but if I do), I know that without a doubt I will be returning to work alongside this group again. While I may have “graduated”, I still plan on visiting them every now and then because of the connections I made with all of them.

I couldn’t imagine a better experience with PT. Everyone that works in this office truly cares about your progress. I graduated so much stronger than I went in.

Thankfully never had to use PT services before, but doctor recommended it to strengthen a knee that had been bothering me for a couple years. Stopped into this location close to home and Brooke was my assigned PT. She did a great job...I could tell she had a plan and was trying different things to get the results she was looking for. She is what you would hope a PT would be -- kind and caring, doesn't take herself too seriously, and yet was focused on getting me the right exercises at the right intensity to see the improvement I was wanting. I highly recommend Brooke & this Athletico location.

Following a fall in 2020, I suffered a spinal compression fracture that resulted in enduring back pain—even after the fracture had healed. I tried many different things to help improve the pain, but really didn’t make any progress until I started working with Sarah. She and her team are knowledgeable, friendly, and overall excellent. I highly recommend this treatment clinic!

My Sports Medicine Physician referred me for Physical Therapy services to Athletico Physical Therapy on Michigan Road in Zionsville. I have been so impressed with the entire staff, their knowledge and quality of service. When I first entered the office, I was welcomed by Heather whose smiling face and efficient manner of taking care of the business/insurance details was impressive. My Physical Therapist was Sarah who has a very warm disposition. She reviewed my physician’s referral information with me and then asked me for specific information about the affected area, pain levels, any activity limitations and my goals. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and has great communication skills. She developed an appropriate treatment plan in conjunction with me to ensure a successful outcome that would meet all of the predefined goals. Sarah listened to me and frequently requested feedback to make any necessary changes to the treatments. She used multiple modalities to maximize successful outcomes. Sarah’s treatments were successful. I confidently recommend Sarah as a competent, well qualified Physical Therapist.
