I am a "frequent flyer" in the IOMSA office. Dr. Kirkup has completed at least 7 (I've lost count) dental implants for me. He is kind and compassionate. He reviews in advance the risks and benefits of each procedure. As he is operating, he explains what he is doing and what could happen and what I might notice (noises, crunches, pressure, etc.). I have had NO problems following any of my oral surgeries. Pain after each procedure has been minimal (day or two at most). The IOMSA office staff members are all pleasant and very easy to work with. I completely trust Dr. Kirkup's skills and judgment and highly recommend him. My only hope is that he won't retire before I run out of teeth that need replacing!!!

I originally sought treatment for getting two implants with Dr Montefalco and was very disappointed with his diagnosis and treatment. I thought I would get a second opinion from Dr Kirkup. Unfortunately, they are with the same practice. I received a call from Dr Kirkup’s office today. They recommended I cancel my appointment and informed me that I’d be wasting my time and money. Apparently, Dr Kirkup requested my file from Dr Montefalco and decided a second opinion wasn’t needed. In conclusion, if you are unhappy or disappointed with a doctor from this practice, don’t try to get a second opinion from another doctor from this same practice. They will be just as worthless.
