Dr Booth is the BEST. What else can I say?

My teenage daughter had a cartilage piercing that resulted in a nasty keloid. It was fairly large and was doing real damage to her confidence. We came to Dr. Booth to have it removed. We had the very best experience! The doctor and all of her staff were very kind to us. They talked to her throughout the procedure, they gave clear instructions on how to care for the wound as it heals, and I am very pleased with the service we received. I am considering other services from their office because I am literally just that happy with the experience. Thanks Doc (and staff)!

This was a very bad experience for me. First, I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room - they were calling people who had appointments after me, before me. Then when I went back into the room the temperature was so hot, I was sweating even when I had my clothes off to do a consultation. Then, I wanted Botox but she immediately said to do Dysport instead without explaining the differences just saying “it’s basically the same”. This was extremely painful, I've gotten Botox before and it was not painful but Dysport was painful. Then the medical assistant was new there and needed help, so I listened to the staff try to coach her and it was not friendly coaching. Just all around this was a very terrible experience.

Appointment was scheduled for 3pm. Arrived just after 2:50, completed paperwork, and began to wait. At 3:15, a different patient, who said their appointment time was at 3:15, was seen before me. I continued to wait, but by 3:30 I had to leave as it was taking far too long to just be sitting in the waiting room. Very disappointing, will go elsewhere.

I visited Dr. Booth's office at least 6 times, seeing her once (and another doctor the other times). I truly have never dealt with a less competent medical office in my life. They were rude, disorganized, and completely inconsiderate of my time. I was prescribed to a medication with a small pickup window time and one month, I had to call the office back 5 times (during my work day) to ensure that they actually correctly called in the prescription to the pharmacy within the allotted window. Another time, someone from her office actually hung up on me mid-conversation. Furthermore, in order to get a copy of my medical records, I not only had to ask in person, but also follow up via 2 phone calls. I found this office to be unprofessional and frustrating and, as such, I switched medical offices in the middle of my treatment. If you want to be inconvenienced and disrespected, look no further.

I saw Carmen for a vampire facial. She did a great job! Took her time and explained what she was doing. Going back next month. Highly recommend Booth Dermatology for your skin care needs.

I was at her office today for the first time, she made me feel good, she is compassionate and a great doctor. First impression matters, did not stay long at some doctors office, that you will wait forever, it was snappy and l am very glad l went to her.

I have been a patient for many years here and have had nothing but good experiences. I have had 2 Mohs procedures and although my face is nothing to look at, you cannot tell at all that I have had the procedures. Dr. Booth is really skilled at her stitch work. She will spend time with me during appointments to make sure I full understand. I can endorse Dr. Booth without reservation.
