We loved Dr McHenry and saw her a few years back. We moved and bc it was difficult to reschedule appts we left. We ended up missing her so called to get back in. Was given a date for my son to see her. Then before I hung up I was suddenly asked to hold. The receptionist came back on the phone and told me bc we were late in the past paying one bill she would no longer see us. Was disappointing bc we paid all of our bills and had dental insurance.

Very disappointed. In attempting to make an appointment for my great niece, I was told there was a past due amount of 35 dollars. Instead of waiting until I could get ahold of her mother and waiting for it to be paid, I gave them my debit information to speed up the process. After taking the payment they informed me that she was no longer an active patient and would not see her. This is the only Dentist she has been ever been to, so she was a patient for about 8 years. I had no problems setting up appointments with her long term Primary Care Doctor nor her Eye Doctor. I just do not believe this is the best way to collect a debt.

Dr. Melissa and her wonderful staff are so geared and gifted towards the needs of children (toddlers and teens as well). Parents are welcomed to go back if they desire with their kids. They completely prepare the child every step of the way whether it's a simple or complex procedure. Thoughtful, nice prizes are offered and my children (and my husband and I) just love her! We have been going there for eight years and have had a range of dental needs with five of our children. So grateful for their kindness and compassion. They clearly love what they do!

Dr. Melissa was great with my daughter. So was Cassidy. They both were patient and understanding. This was our first visit and we were very pleased!

I cannot begin to describe the high level of service. We started at this office at age 3. Our daughter is now 11. At age 3 she was never scared and has not been since. This speaks volumes to a parent. We highly recommend this dentist and her staff.
