When I wasn't a child Dr Arthur looked over me for 3 weeks while in the hospital. I'll never forget how great he was with me. He was an excellent communicator to my family. 5 Stars!!!

I would not recommend any doctor in this group practice on E.Washington Street. Scheduling is difficult, reaching your doctor's nurse is difficult, front desk staff more involved with their own conversations than in helping patients waiting, and two of the doctors I've seen and two of the physicians assistants lack good diagnosing skills and people skills. Much happier and satisfied elsewhere.

He's is a wonderful Docotr. He cares about his patients. It's not just about a number or another patient. You are treated like you are his only patient. He's easy to talk to. My whole family sees him. My kids love him too. I like that he tells you like it is and doesnt beat around the bush. I hope he never reitres.

I am a 35-year old female, and Dr. Robert Arthur is THE BEST Family Practioner I have ever had. He is so thorough. He addresses every possible issue you maybe having, even if it isn't why you came to see him. He is extremely knowledgeable and treats you like a person. He spends time with you and trys to get to the bottom of any issue. I can't say enough good things about him!!!Indianapolis, IN
