Wellbridge Surgical's Online Review Report Card

If you could sit down and write out a description of your perfect surgery experience, all you would have to do is describe Wellbridge. It was built on a great concept and followed that with a great execution. The preparation beforehand, the surgery itself, and the recovery and follow up were flawless. Everything was well organized; nothing was overlooked. The facility was spotless. The nurses, staff, and doctors were totally professional and personable. They filled out multiple insurance papers (several repeated) required by my employer with great patience and a smile. They made me feel that I was in such good hands that the anxiety I felt before the operation just melted away. It's hard to find words to sufficiently express my appreciation to them and my unqualified recommendation to future patients. Wellbridge is a gem in a sometimes mediocre system, and if you have found them, count yourself lucky.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Wellbridge! Customer service from the time I walked in, to the time I left was outstanding!! Stephanie at the front desk was kind and welcoming. Jane, their administrator, walked me back to pre-op and personally introduced me to my nurse, Erica, who was just the sweetest. It was evident that they both love their jobs and care about their patients. I was equally impressed with the kindness and bedside manner of my anesthesiologist, Dr. Piniecki and my surgeon, Dr. Singh. Not to mention the OR staff, who took the time to say hello as they wheeled me into the room. I've had several medical procedures in my lifetime, and I can say without reservation that Wellbridge has been my best experience yet. Besides customer service, they are a fraction of the price of any other hospital around Indy, and the facility is immaculate! Thank you, Wellbridge, for allowing me an affordable option for my medical care and for staffing your facility with wonderful people! I will consider Wellbridge first should any other medical need arise.

WOW! Hands down the best medical care I have ever had in my life! The RN's, nurses, doctor were above and beyond! I felt like royality and was treated as such all through the process!

I can’t say enough good things about wellbridge surgical center. The staff was fantastic and so pleasant. I was very scared going back to the OR room and before I feel asleep I had 3 staff members holding my hand before I feel asleep. When waking up the staff was so helpful. An incredibly warm and friendly staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the minute you walk on. It’s extraordinary. They have genuine Difference Makers on their staff. Make no mistake, they’re the real deal. Relaxed, professional, fun, and empathetic are but a few words that describe this crew. I love the known and fixed fee program. No mysterious bills for months post care. Surgery was swift, professional, and remarkable. I’d go nowhere else in the future. Big hospitals - your OR clocks are about to be cleaned!

No words can do justice to the miracle of professionalism, efficiency, and kindness that is Wellbridge Surgical. I broke my ankle badly and was uninsured. The people in the Munster Franciscan network where I live quoted me over 40K (for an hour long procedure) not including doctor and anesthesia fees. Needless to say I was screwed, and nobody cared. Then I found Wellbridge Surgical through a random Google search. It seemed too good to be true but I am happy to say they are 100 percent legit. Never in my life have I experienced such efficient, compassionate, professional healthcare. Dr. Inman, one of the founders, helped me through everything from the start. His entire staff was patient, professional, and polite from beginning to end. The facility's cleanliness is beyond belief. The surgeon who did my procedure was Dr. Julian from Greenwood Orthopedics and his exemplary bedside manner was matched only by his skill as a surgeon. The fee I paid (for EVERYTHING, including follow up visits, anesthesia, x rays) was a fraction of a fraction of what Franciscan wanted just for the honor of being in their hospital for two hours. Additionally, Wellbridge has a loan program (with very reasonable terms) if you cannot pay up front. Nobody wants to get surgery but if you're a Hoosier and you need to have it I strongly suggest you get it at Wellbridge. Sadly, these days most surgeons only care about cutting up your wallet.
