I had back surgery a year and a half ago and my back has hurt worse then ever.

This is the first time I have been so impressed with any physician I have seen to date. He is kind, involved and truly concerned about his patients. I got a personal phone call from him himself ( not just his office personnel) this morning checking on me and I saw him over a month ago. Wow!!! What a true definition of the way I feel doctors should be, which is involved and concerned about their patients!!

He caused my dad more pain and made his life harder. He is a Lazy hack that only did half the surgery he got paid for. He was supposed to work on multiple vertebrae but only did part of them. He did however do extra that would be necessary for the spinal chord stimulator. Which was not at all part of what he was supposed to do and would not have been necessary if he had done what he was supposed to do.

He operated on my wife's neck, going through her throat. Accidently cut a vocal cord and thyroid. She has had trouble since then.

I am so grateful to have gone to see Dr. McDonough. He has exceptional training and he gave me terrific results. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to get out of pain. Thank you Dr. McDonough for giving me my life back!

Dr. McDonough performed a cervical spinal fusion for me in 2016. At age 70, I’m back with spondylitis and degenerative L3, L4 issue. I wouldn’t see anyone else! He is thorough and just the best in Abilene.

What a wonderful experience working with Dr. Paul McDonough. I am so very glad that our area has a spine specialist of this caliber. I read about Dr. McDonough's training and it is the highest level in the country. I think he is a very personable doctor and I could tell he really cares about his patients. I am glad I finally found him. I had a fusion in my lower back and I never felt better in my life. Thank you Dr. McDonough for helping me to get out of pain after so many years!
