Excellent clinic
Dr.Fashimo is awesome in his profession. He has a great staff and fortunate to have him as our orthodontist for both of our girls.
Dr. Fashemo and his staff are absolutely wonderful. We drive 3+ hours for his services and we could not be happier! Our son was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate. Dr. Fashemo was at the top of an extremely small list of recommended Craniofacial Orthodontist. I would recommend Fourth Dimension Orthodontics to ANYONE!
Amazing Doctor and wonderful staffs!!
What an amazing experience my son has had throughout his braces journey. Dr. Fashemo and his team have always been kind and very professional. I would recommend anyone to this orthodontist for sure. Thank you all for your patience while caring for my son Stacy. Greatly appreciated. He always said “mom I want a nice smile.” God bless you all.
Between 6,000- 10,000 for Braces!!565-785 Consult fee!!If I could give 0 stars I would Let me tell you the truth about Dr. Fraud I mean Fashemo and how he has been taking advantage of patients like my nephew because he knows he is one of the only Cranial Facial Providers in Dallas But I suggest you go to the other Physician in the metroplex thank god there's 2 and they are receiving a lot of patients from his office and he is being reported and has multiple complaints. My nephew has been a patient since 2015 Mind you he doesn't accept Medicaid patients anymore so he can charge outrageous amounts to your insurance between 6000-10,000 for braces!! Your first visit will be between 500- 700 for so called records fee, don't even try to bring your own they wont accept it or say its old we tried. Once you have you consultation he will act sweet until you sign your contract for payment. We found out at the end of last year that none of our bills were every properly sent to our insurance so we have to pay the full 10,000 out of pocket and he could care less. Hes not in network by the way with ANYONE so your dental may not pay. I called to speak to Brandy yesterday, they stated she was gone then they went through 4 more women he cant keep the staff. The girl at the front is rude!! Please save your time and day we also have a refund due to us we have not received since 2015 my nephews dad has called about it twice. We paid our deducible to this office and it was never paid towards our medical. We have asked for a full print out of our ledger for all payments claims and will be reporting him to the Department of Insurance this is Fraud, Abuse Billing!!!!! Thank god for Dr Jeffery we have switched.
With five special needs kids in braces we are incredibly thankful for Dr Fashemo and his knowledge and patience!!
Always excellent care in every way! We love Dr. Fashemo!
As a 44 year old man I was worried about going to the orthodontist. From the moment I first went to Dr Fashemo two years ago until my most recent visit I always felt very comfortable and welcomed. Although I needed surgery as part of my treatment the Doctor I was referred to treated me like a friend. I actually look forward to my appointments at Fouth Dimension in Allen or at the Dallas office.
I came across Fourth Dimension while driving home from work. I went online looking for an orthodontics in my area. I decided to go to their website to get more information about their services. On there site home page show a tab for a complimentary consultation. I wanted to get detail info on the complimentary consultation. I contact Fourth dimension by phone on July 23 to inquiry about the complimentary consultation. I spoke with a lady who told me yes, I can get the complimentary consultation. I ask her about making an appointment for 2 of my children, she told me to hold on.As I waited on hold a different lady got on and ask how can I help you? I explain again about getting a consultation for my 2 children for braces. The lady I spoke to her name Brianne, she proceeds to ask me what I'm trying to do, how did I find them and they need more info from me. Brianne informs me that I can't get the complimentary consultation because it depends on the situation and that it will be a fee between $500-$700 to get a consultation for my children to get them evaluated and that she can't get me a price for braces over the phone because each case is different.I let her know I wasn't trying to get a price for braces over the phone that's why I wanted to set appointment for a consultation so I would know what needs to be done for my children teeth and I understand that dentist can't give prices over the phone. She stated that she needs to iterate the info anyway (very rude). I told her thanks for the info. After that, I call another orthodontics North Texas Orthodontic Associates, the lady that answered was very nice and helpful her name Janie. She immediately schedules both of my children next week with Dr. Copenhaver for a free consultation which includes price plan for my children to get braces. Janice also stated there's no obligation whatsoever. That's how you schedule appointment!I wasn't trying to get anything for free, Fourth Dimension had a complimentary consultation for you to see on their website, I called to inquiry about it and that's how you talk to a potential customer pay upfront first. I don't appreciate Brianne was condescending (talking down to me). I won't be using the Fourth-Dimension services.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
