List of Xpress Wellness Urgent Care- Andover's Reviews
Wonderful staff very fast to get you checked in, seen and address your concerns. Definitely recommend them will use them again.
Fast service and they really seemed like they cared about my daughter - unlike other urgent cares I've been to in the past. I was pleased with them from start to finish, especially with a very upset baby. They handled her well and cleaned her pacifier every time she tossed it (which was no less than 7 times)
Exceptional urgent care provided by caring professionals!
Sherry and Kristin took excellent care of my daughter! Recommend for moms with sick kids!
We had a good experience with this urgent care. I brought my daughter for an ear ache when we couldn't get into a pediatrician. I called and was instructed to make an appointment online before going. I walked in with an appointment 40 minutes later and the front desk gal seemed kind of perturbed that we were that early. There was only one other individual in the waiting area though. I asked if we could be seen before our appointment if they were available. It was literally like a deer in the headlights look she gave me and kept saying our appointment wasn't for an hour. I responded, this is an Urgent Care isn't it? Please ask them if they can see us early. The receptionist did then go ask and we were seen about 10 minutes early. Overall it was a good experience and a reasonable wait time for a middle of the morning time period on a week day. I thought the nurse and doctors were kind and helpful, very understanding of my shy daughter. Just go in ready to advocate for yourself if the front desk staff seems a little rigid.
I wish I could give less than 1 star. I came in this morning with no appointment because I was experiencing heart pains and I was close by, figured pulling into an URGENT CARE they would’ve had a little more pep in their step when someone comes in for heart problems. The blond receptionist was very rude for multiple reasons, told me at one point to just go sit down and wait. This is not the first time a receptionist at the Andover location was just blatantly rude to me. I waited for over an hour until they took me back just to wait another 45 minutes before my heart needed serious attention that they were clearly not going to give me. I walked back up to the front HOLDING MY CHEST and told her “I need to go to a hospital I am not okay and I can’t keep waiting” she didn’t call an ambulance, she didn’t get a doctor, she didn’t wish me well, she said “k.” And looked back at her computer. Found out my mom went to the Derby location when they had one because of internal bleeding and the same thing happened to her. Had to drive herself to the hospital. When I got to the ER today, I said the word heart and they had me back there and hooked up to machines in 2 minutes. Xpress Wellness does not deserve the title “Urgent care” the only thing that makes them special is that they take walk-ins, even if it’s a 2 hour wait to see if you’re having a heart attack. If y’all are too busy to examine a potential heart attack, at the very least, come talk to me and tell me to go somewhere else instead of interrupting my concerns and telling me to sit and wait. I don’t want a response to this message because your staff has zero excuses and I don’t want to hear them. How I was treated today was very wrong, unprofessional, disrespectful, and dangerous. The Andover office should be ashamed.
This is hands down the best facility that I’ve ever been to. Every person that I interacted with was genuinely friendly, professional and caring as well as knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone & will definitely utilize them again should the need arise.
I have been going to Xpress Wellness in Newton but had to go to the Wichita location. I met my deductible in January and have only been paying $17 a visit or less, and they want me to pay $75 and say I haven’t met my deductible. Now waiting in the waiting room for who knows how long since she argued with me that what I paid for my previous visits doesn’t matter. The Newton facility had great staff and closed. Clearly this is the facility which should have been closed.
Went in right before they closed and all the staff was very nice and accommodating to me, despite the fact I was keeping them there late. I really appreciated the thoroughness of my visit, would highly recommend!
Book an appointment on my phone, show up usually the same day, never wait more than 10 minutes. It's perfect for really minor stuff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
