Doctor was fine but his office staff was not. They were too busy to be bothered even when trying to check in. They gave me the wrong information in person and again on the phone but blamed it on me. Unprofessional.

Dr. Engel is awesome he helped my foot tremendously,I didn't think I would ever get rid of pain in my heel.I would definitely go back to him and I highly recommend him and his team.

He knows exactly what he is doing and my foot is already way better still hurts but I'm just now 3 weeks in my recovery. Overall I'd still recommend him.

I had a serious lis franc (sp) fracture in my foot in June of 2019. Dr. Engel did my surgery in June of 2019 and then removed several screws from my foot in December of 2019. Dr. Engel and his staff were wonderful. Every thing he told me about both surgeries and my recovery was exactly accurate. I have experienced a full recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Engel and his staff.

This will no doubt be removed but here goes. I regret I had to choose even 1 star. Get a second opinion-find another surgeon.

Dr. Shannon Engel is an excellent physician. He is very professional, knowledgeable and strives to give the best possible care to ensure best possible outcome. He provided excellent pre and post operative care and instructions in addition to pain management following surgery. His office staff are excellent, efficient and very helpful with great customer service.

My family had an emergency with an Achilles tendon. Dr. Engel was so relatable and down to earth. He was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Engel....Rodney and Stacey Cameron.
