Definitely a negative star hospital here. I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. They wanted to do a nasal swab for covid and I told them I prefer the throat swab because that was how they did it last time I was here. They then proceeded to tell me they have never done it here and that maybe it was Labette. Mind you, I have never gone to Labette in my life and I'm pretty sure I would know what location I got a covid test at and the method used. The nursing staff is very condescending and rude. I will never come here again. Get your staff in check. Every visit here is just a waste of my co-pay.

UPDATE .. Since leaving this review I have brought a loved one in for two different procedures. The staff is AMAZING. I love the care my loved one received. They go above and beyond. That's for sure. Jennifer has been SUPER AMAZING and their surgeons are careful, curious, and efficient. Thank you guys so very very much. I had a mammogram scheduled this morning at the Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center. They we're very quick and efficient so I was in and put rather quickly. The lady in imaging who took care of me was named was Linda. She made it a very comfortable visit. I am very thankful for her care and expertise. Thank you.

Worst hospital to have anything done at. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. If I could give a negative star review I would. Came in early to have a simple Iron infusion done and ended up not getting started until an hour later. The lab is never prepared with meds. And some of the staff is rude.

I can not say enough good things about the care I’ve received at this hospital. Everyone bent over backwards to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Went there for a service and then I ate breakfast there. But I couldn't eat in the cafe. So I ate in waiting room

If I could give you a 0 I would. Not only misdiagnosed my sons medical condition at birth completely missing it, you put the wrong MONTH he was born now I can’t even go to Topeka until you fix it so I can have his original! Will be coming in soon to see someone I want all his medical records and for you to FIX his BIRTH CERTIFICATE SMH! Never will take my children here again !

Cannot find a menu online for their cafeteria and I am trying to avoid covid so was trying to see ahead of time what I wanted so as to avoid wasting time inside. They have no way of doing so and have no idea on even how to get it set up from what I have been told. Also they have extremely few protections in place and those that they do have are lackluster. Of course they make more money from having more customers if more people catch it so... Also have to remember that in Kansas the hospitals can and do put you into prison for nonpayment of bills so... The staff are wonderful and we are lucky they have not all quit such scary conditions as they have to put up with between insecure buildings, substandard pay and very few if any protections in place for them.
