My MIL has been in and out of the hospital numerous times in the last few months due to this doctor's inexcusable actions. He has been over prescribing medications to her for a long time and we finally figured it out. When trying to ask questions he refused to even answer for any of his actions. This is not a one time thing either. Who knows how many people he's overdosing. Sickening.

My mother is 91 and Dr. Thomen misdiagnosed her uterine cancer for at least the past two years. He dismissed her bleeding from the vagina as bleeding hemorrhoids. My mother lost over 20 pounds in a very short amount of time. She regularly went to Dr. Thomen for lower abdominal pain and irritation. Thomen would test her for UTI and sometimes it would test positive. He ordered an examination of her bladder. When the bladder tested normal he dismissed her complaints as old age. Avoid this doctor!

My mother is in the ICU again because of this doctor's gross negligence. He continues to prescribe her large quantities of pain medication knowing that she frequently takes too many and overdoses. He was a good doctor 20 years ago, and I don't know what happened, but he no longer cares.

Have been seeing dr thomen for 3 years and he is more interested in you a s a paitent then the number or quota like other doctors he will spend rhe time to talk and see how you are doing wbats nrw in your life and if you care what is new in his he is a great doxtor i would recommend him to anyone

even though allergy to a certain med was written in bold red letters on front of chart, and on everypage in chart, med was still prescribed for pt.
