I love dr Miller. He is a wonderful Doc. He has taken wonderful care of me for a very long time...I am not easy because I have many disease processes going on. He is Always in a great mood! Thank you so much! ❤️ Dr Miller and all the wonderful girls in the office that are forever ❤️ taking care of my needs quickly!

Never had a problem with the doctors office before. However I had a doctors appointment and told the office that I will be a few minutes late because I was coming from work. I show up two minutes behind the time that I said I’ll be there and was refuse service. The office nurses were rude several occasions before I finally had enough of their rude behavior. The first altercation of rude behavior is when I called to schedule appointment or ask how I could get service, I was told over the phone that I could walk in and get what I needed to get done however as I walked in the office the nurse of front had an attitude and I proceeded to make an appointment and as the day of my appointment well you can just say that I had enough of their behavior. Overall decent doctor but not friendly staff and doctor not willing to let a patient come in when they called prior to let everyone know that I was going to be late two minutes behind the appointment time to get rejected service thumbs down.

My visit seemed nice, he was what seemed kind, courteous and concerned. However, after getting bloodwork done, he failed to let me know about my elevated blood sugar, even after I called and requested the results. It took not one, but two calls and then expressed my dismay before I was told what my blood sugar was. I had told Dr. Miller about my extensive family history of diabetes and what my symptoms were. He had me go have blood drawn and did a whole profile of things. When I called a week later, I was merely told my blood sugar was only mildly elevated, nothing to worry about by one of his nurses or staff. Well, after my continuing to have symptoms, I called again and had to insist on being told what my results were and my blood sugar. After about 20 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. Then, 45 minutes later Mercedes called me back to speak to me and that's when I found out about my slightly elevated blood sugar. I was there once and will never return again nor refer anyone there.
