Great Dr. gets straight to the point and gets me out of his office quick as possible.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The first time I went to see the doctor, he didn't listen to me. He tried to prescribe me a medication I did not want. So I was hesitant to return to him. Then I had a cyst rupture; I called and asked to talk to someone. They put me on hold and then said the soonest they could get me in would be two weeks. They said if I was having a miscarriage, they could get me in sooner. I asked whether it would be possible to talk to a nurse still. The receptionist said no, they are very busy. I asked her then should I go to the express wellness or Er to get seen. Is this serious? Do I need medical attention? She said I don't know, we are very busy. We can't make that call. I repeated my question of what I should do; I just wanted to talk to someone to find out if this was serious. She repeated her same answer. Avoid this place if you can. They do not care about people at all! I will go somewhere where I can at least talk to a nurse. Unacceptable!!!

Has done an excellent job taking care of my daughter and her high risk pregnancy. Very professional and answered all questions accordingly.

Dr. Shaath is both professional and cordial. He delivered my first baby naturally, even when others suggested a C-section due to my L4/L5 spinal fusion. He is now my provider for my second pregnancy and again, I feel very comfortable and confident in his guidance. The nurses and staff in his office are friendly and professional. I enjoy my visits and look forward to Dr. Shaath helping us bring baby #2 into this world.

My daughter-in-law was referred to Dr. Shaat since her regular Dr doesn’t deliver babies. Her 1st visit which was today April 2, 2021 the ladies in the office and the nurse along with Dr. Shaat were all rude and very inconsiderate. I would strongly recommend not using this Dr. or office.

I went to try an talk to him he didnt even come out of his office to talk to me give me advice I told my whole symptom to the nurse hes rude an I'm so mad I hope an pray when he is sick no doctor is like that with him on how he treated me

He did everything I needed and asked got me took care of through my first pregnancy and now my second. Very nice and helpful did everything he could to help me with the severity of my pregnancies. Listened and if he wasn't able to help he would recommend me to a specialist and make sure they accepted me in a timely manor. Only person I would go to for having a baby honestly

If you're looking for a Neurologist that has a team of nurses that will support you, this is definitely not the place for you. Unfortunately, the nurses make the Dr. and these nurses are certainly not doing him any justice. They do not document phone calls and they do not call back with follow-ups (so you're constantly calling to get answers to your questions). When you do speak to one of them, each nurse responds with a different answer, so there is absolutely no consistency. I don't even think they truly relay the information to the neurologist....so disappointing! I'm a migraine sufferer who has been working with Dr. Du for years with no problem at all, now that he retired, I've have nothing but problems. I just want to try the shot Emgality because I've tried every other possible medication through the years, but they must not be getting kick-backs from it, so they just wont submit the proper documentation so I can get it authorized. If you suffer from migraine's, I would not put your trust in this team because you'll just end up at square one with someone else. I'm switching over to St. Elizabeth in hopes that someone there will care enough about my health to help me. I hope you find this information helpful...stay well and get the care you deserve.

He was rude, Unprofessional, left the door open, wouldnt listen to me, didn't look at my file before talking to me, was screaming and cursing on the phone when I walked in, then was watching ball game highlights while I waited right next to him on the bed. Never ever will see this doctor again. I was appalled.

Doesn't seem to take patients concerns into consideration... in and out of visit in less than 10 mins...
