We have been sitting in the waiting room after checking early, and arriving early as requested for an hour and counting after our scheduled appointment time. There is nothing "urgent" or express about this. I understand that things happen but this wait time is ridiculous.

Great early check in but we have been setting in the exam room about two hours with no one checking on us since the work up. Got a nap in. We’ve got another doctor appoint across town in about an hour. May have to reschedule.

Very professional and friendly staff! I’m very pleased except when it Came to nurse, very unprofessional oh that bump on your head “yeah that’s normal” Bone sticking out a Little funny” oh yeah that’s normal“.2 times within a couple of weeks, was proved wrong by second opinion! Was told bone was broken,second opinion specialist said otherwise.I mean when you get a medical doctor telling you something is normal,when you know darn well it ain’t, it’s not hard to look else where.just saying be careful not everyone that gets paid to care gives a care
