I just left this office. First time in the office.The two young ladies in the office are WONDERFUL! The dentist on the other hand has the personality of a seed wart. Very impersonal barely said two words to me nor did he introduce himself to me. I will never go back and will never refer anyone to him. The ladies working there must be angels for having to put up with Douglas Lerner.

They are all great. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are always so welling to make schedules work.

The receptionist was very rude and discriminating. I was trying to get services for my children and I was treated like trash when she thought the services were for me because of the type of insurance I have. I will be contacting the proper people to see if this is okay, since they are listed as providers on the insurance website.

My past dental work includes tooth extractions, cavity fillings and a root canal. Dr. Douglas Lerner and Jessica extracted 3 teeth, and Jessica spotted a 4th tooth with a fracture down the center. The gentle and efficient manner in which they work made getting a 4th tooth pulled, no big deal. Dr. Lerner and Jessica are unequaled in my opinion. Anyone who is procrastinating dental work or anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist. This is the place for you. I stand behind my words because they ring true. Come experience the dynamic duo as they work using few words, It was as if they communicated with each other non-verbally using a telepathic method of some sort. Thank you so much Dr.Lerner and Jessica and the staff at Family Dental Care. Especially the front desk for working me in after I cancelled.

Went in to get a tooth pulled and the dr was great. Hardly felt anything

Dr Lerner and his staff are amazing in every way. The treat all patients with the utmost respect and care by taking time to talk to you about any treatments and procedures instead of just rushing patients in and out to make a quick buck. I recommend Dr Lerner and his practice to everyone. He and his staff are simply the best. They truly understand and care for their patients.

it was great i've been going here since i was very young. Love it!

I've been going to Dr. Lerner ever since I moved to Gardner and will continue to go for as long as possible (and travel back if I move again!). Dr. Lerner and staff are kind, patient, professional, and efficient. Not only are they good workers but they are good people. I feel informed about my insurance coverage and what I need done, instead of being rushed through a routine. I feel little to no pain getting local anesthetic injections for fillings etc. because he is so gentle, something not previously experienced at other dentists. He really pays attention to my needs and I'm constantly satisfied with the results. There was only one time I waited for an appointment, and even then I didn't really care...I would wait longer to see him because he's that good! If you want a dentist you can trust then please go here and stop being afraid :) P.S. The waiting area is very pleasant and the entire building is super clean!
